Finish!
I had a blast and saw so many amazing and good looking runners today. The event coordinators said it was their biggest turn out in 8 years. Could it be that people are finally realizing we need to stay active to stay alive and in good spirits? I know I have, so this is just the first of many and there’s bigger things in the works.
See you at the finish line!

Well done Q! Trying to stay motivated here myself, biking, soccer, and bodyboarding…congratulations on a successful run! Keep at it and don't stray from the routine of moving forward. We all need to stop killing ourselves to live!

Thanks for the comment Greg. I agree about killing ourselves, funny thing is most don't realize it until it's too late. We don't live forever, but that's all the more reason to actually feel alive while we're here!

Thank you for coming out and supporting our race. I was just searching for Hospice related articles and found your write-up. This year's event is going to be September 19. We're thinking of making it a 5K and a 10K. Hope to see you at the race!
